Shipping and Returns

Do you ship world wide?

No. Currently we only ship within the United States.

What shipping carriers do you use?

We use all major carriers. At check out you will select your desired delivery method.

When does my pre-order merchandise ship?

Pre-orders will be shipped according to the ship date listed in the product discription. If you purchase a pre-order item with in-stock items, your entire order will ship when your pre-order ships. To have in-stock items earlier, please place 2 seperate orders. One for your pre-order items and one for in-stock items.

How long before my order ships?

All orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Usually orders placed before 12pm central standard time will ship same day. Please refer to our Shipping Policy

Can I return my order?

Yes. You may return merchandise that is not marked Final Sale for store credit. Please refer to Return, Refund and Exchange Policy.
